  • Product Details

    Hello, sausage! This super-soft tee is made from organic cotton and features a bound crew neckline, short sleeves, and a vintage-inspired sausage dog graphic slogan design  provided by Mary Evans Picture Library on a pretty pink background.

     

    Information on the print: Illustration of a smooth-haired dachshund taken from a 1950s book. As a German breed, dachshunds fell from favour during the First World War, but by the mid-20th century, the popularity of these endearing, low-slung little dogs was on the rise again.

     

    Based in a converted church hall in Blackheath, south London, Mary Evans Picture Library has been supplying vintage imagery to a range of clients since 1964. Drawing from its vast archive of books, periodicals, prints, photographs and ephemera, it’s a treasure trove of the unique, the nostalgic and the unexpected, where pictures pave the way from the present day to the past.
