This vintage-inspired velvet dress features a shirred square neckline, an elasticated bodice, elbow-length sleeves that can be worn either on or off the shoulders, pockets at the hip, and a midaxi-length tiered skirt. Crafted from an extremely soft and luxurious recycled polyester velvet fabric with added stretch, Nevada really is a blue velvet dream!
