    Boasting an effortlessly cool 1970s-inspired shape with a V-neckline and tie-back sash belt to nip in the back waist. With its puffed bell sleeves, finished with deep cuffs and elasticated button cuffs, and swishable midi length skirt all in a vintage Moroccan crepe fabric, there really isn’t an occasion this dress isn’t perfect for!

     

    Celia Birtwell says: ‘Candyflower’ is taken from an early sketch I made in the late ‘60s. It has been used in many forms, and the team at Joanie have chosen one section, extending it over the whole dress, giving it an alluring simplicity.

    This item is made using Livaeco™ Viscose, a rayon fibre made from natural sources such as wood and agricultural products that are regenerated into cellulose fibres from certified sustainably managed forests. Livaeco™ Viscose is a breathable, absorbent fabric that makes a great alternative to traditional fabrics like regular viscose and cotton that have a much larger impact on the environment! The production of Livaeco™ Viscose uses less water than conventional viscose, emits a lower level of carbon emissions, and helps maintain forest cover.

    We offer a FREE and easy returns process for UK orders via our Returns Portal. See our Delivery & Returns page for further info.

    We also accept international returns, provided that the items reach our warehouse within 28 days of you receiving your order. Return charges are applicable for US customers. We’ve extended our usual returns policy for the Christmas period. Any orders placed from Friday 15th November can be returned up until Friday 10th January. 

    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a full refund and then place a new order for your preferred replacement item.
