Introduction

Each month Joanie select one #JoanieGal to be their Joanie Gal of the month. By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Joanie employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is no limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

How To Enter

To enter the competition you must:

Use the tag #JoanieGal on your Instagram post which features you wearing any product(s) from Joanie.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a £150 Joanie E-Gift voucher. This will be sent to the winner via email.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random during the first week of each month.

Joanie will announce the winner and tag them on their Instagram page @joanieclothing.

If the winner does not comment or direct message informing them of their win within 14 days of the post, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Joanie reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Joanie for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].

The winner's Instagram handle will be announced on Joanie's Instagram page, in the caption of the original competition post.

Limitation of Liability

Joanie accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

From time to time, Joanie may run competitions and giveaways on social media. In addition to the details shared on our social media channels, the following general terms and conditions apply. All entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility to Enter

Our social media competitions and giveaways are open to entrants over 18 years of age. Joanie employees and associates are unable to enter.

By entering any competition or giveaway on social media, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are able to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

Each competition or giveaway allows one entry per person unless otherwise stated (for example, if the post states that each tag is an entry).

These competitions and giveaways are completely free to enter.

How To Enter

The entry criteria for each competition or giveaway will be stated within the content posted on our social media channels.

Typically if the competition or giveaway is hosted on one of our social media channels, this is where your entry must be made. You must have an account on the platform on which the competition or giveaway has been shared in order to make your entry.

By participating, entrants agree to cooperate in any publicity associated with winning, which may include the use of their name or social media handle across our social channels, website, or by partners associated with the competition or giveaway.

The Prize

Details of the prize offered will accompany the post.

Joanie reserves the right to disqualify or withhold a prize from any entrant who breaches our Acceptable Use Policy. We also reserve the right to substitute the advertised prize with one of equal or greater value if stock availability or circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

No cash alternatives will be provided.

Winner Announcement

The winner(s) will be contacted via the official social media account from which the competition or giveaway was shared, within 7 working days of the stated end date. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted. If we receive no response from the winner within 14 days of contact, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Joanie reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

We will not enter into any correspondence regarding the selection of the winning entry.

We will never ask for bank details in order to receive a prize. If you are contacted by an account claiming to be Joanie, or to be another company affiliated with the competition or giveaway that differs from the one which originally posted it, we recommend reporting it immediately.
