    Next stop… Kensington. Church St, to be exact. The year is 1975, and this iconic dress was part of one of Bus Stop’s collections for the Grattan Catalogue. Lee’s mastery of the 1970s-does-1930s tea dress was unrivalled. Packed with nostalgic references, a mid-century art print design peppered with Lee’s signature red is printed onto a vintage-feeling Moroccan crepe. A flounce collar, great big balloon sleeves, a softly flared midi-length skirt, a button-through front with covered shank buttons and rouleau loops, and a side zip that saves doing them all up!


    Crafted from sustainable Livaeco™ Viscose in an all-over mid-century abstract print on a black background, the Kensington Dress features a waterfall flounce collar, a functional button-down front, a side zip fastening, long balloon sleeves with buttoned cuffs, and a midi-length skirt.

Livaeco™ Viscose is a breathable, absorbent fabric that makes a great alternative to traditional fabrics like regular viscose and cotton that have a much larger impact on the environment! The production of Livaeco™ Viscose uses less water than conventional viscose, emits a lower level of carbon emissions, and helps maintain forest cover.
