Boasting a V-neckline with a wrap-style body, long, voluminous balloon sleeves, an adjustable tie back with shirred detailing to add shape, slant pockets at the hips, and a maxi-length skirt with a filled hem, Victoria is the do-it-all dress that every black magic woman needs in her life!
