This retro mini is made from incredibly soft and luxurious deep green recycled polyester velvet and features a pussy bow tie, long, exaggerated balloon sleeves with covered button cuffs, an elasticated back panel to add shape, and a mini-length A-line skirt with slant pockets at the hips. Throw-on-and-go dresses don’t get cooler than Nolly.
