Meet Katie, Ecommerce Manager

Hi Katie! Tell us about your role at Joanie - what does a typical day look like?

I'm new to the team, so I'm still learning the ropes! But it varies so much from day to day - my main job is making sure that the site runs as expected and getting new experiences live to make it the best for our customers!

What's the best bit about your job?

Working with everyone on the team - they really care and are passionate about Joanie, so it's nice to be part of it! I'm excited to get involved in projects and launches we have coming up, so keep your eyes peeled!

Can you describe yourself in three words?

Ah, I hate this question! Erm... laid-back, I like to think I'm funny, and probably a little bit of an extrovert. That’s more than three words!

How would you define your personal style?

Comfort is key for me! I like to mix more relaxed pieces with tailoring like trousers and blazers. I much prefer autumn compared to summer - I like to layer pieces and wrap up cosy.
